My daughter and I were looking for lightweight wheelchairs today. We went to Access Mobility and talked to Tony about the brands he sells. Em came up on the topic of colors. The type she was interested in was black. He called several rehabilitation specialists to see if they sold colored Quickie wheelchairs. He found one for us, shared the person's business card, and the best part was when he told the Rehabilitation Specialist that Em wanted a wheelchair in pretty colors. Angie is the best!! We had to return 2 chair cushions as they caused back pain. Angie was very accommodating in letting us return them. At her suggestion, we tried several other pillows and ended up buying another one. Unfortunately, this pillow will not work with our back problems. We'll have to return that too, but just know that Angie will tend to our needs again. When trying out other pillows, we noticed that Angie worked diligently with an elderly gentleman who needed an electric wheelchair. He needed a lot of attention and patience and Angie showed a lot of that to him and his daughter - a quality that is lacking in today's busy world!!!! Access Mobility should be the place to be for all types of mobility products. Their showroom is full of electric wheelchairs, wheelchairs, walkers, walkers, scooters, stairlifts, bathroom items for the elderly, ...... many products can be rented at a very reasonable price for short term use as well term. ACCESS TO MOBILITY is the best in its category. Ask for Angie!!! You won't be disappointed!! :)

Angie and the Access Mobility team are excellent. My sister had a torn Achilles tendon and was unable to put weight on her foot for 3 weeks. I contacted Access Mobility and during the day Angie had someone deliver the walker to our house. The vendor patiently showed us how to use it. I was very pleased that we were able to rent this walker for a very reasonable price. This allowed my sister mobility around the house and helped her to improve her mood during this difficult time. I HIGHLY recommend Access Mobility to anyone who needs to rent equipment. The only difficulty is that repairmen are often booked weeks in advance, but the cancellation list solved that problem. When Hank found the problem, they quickly restored it.

We bought a chair for £3555.55 in April and have been trying to fix a defect in the chair's fabric for over two months now and no response from Access or Golden, be careful what you get yourself into. I took my grandma to see the new scooter and I didn't know they hadn't taken her medicine until we arrived. But that didn't stop Angie from giving us a great experience, even after learning that she wouldn't be able to sell us one of her new scooters. She quickly referred us to another local company who took my grandma's insurance but also took the time to show us all the things they offer besides scooters. Before we knew it, we had three bags of stuff to help my grandma be more independent around the house. Angie was very knowledgeable about her products and was smiling/laughing the whole time. At the end of our visit, she still made time to drive out to meet my grandmother's new cat. Angie did all of this knowing that she wouldn't be able to sell us a brand new scooter even though it would depend on the sales commissions she earns but she still gave my grandma and me a great experience that really stuck with me because it's not something you see with very often after the pandemic. I would definitely recommend Mobility Access in Greenwood to anyone looking for a place that offers so many products that focus on making everyday tasks easier and easier for someone who might not have that option. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity Angie, you are great at what you do.

We bought the Golden Buzzaround Carry scooter. it folds up and is light enough that I can get it in and out of our SUV. I hope it improves his quality of life. However, if you are considering buying a high chair or scooter (for example) I would visit Access Mobility as they are very knowledgeable about these items. Think about it: if something goes wrong with your hardware, you'll need real help from people who know what they're doing, like Access Mobility! I brought my mother's pram for Johnny to look at. I purchased a Golden Lift 761 recliner in July 2021. Delivery was on time and setup via Access Mobility was completed quickly. After calling service in early November 2021, the remote was faulty and was replaced under warranty, but we were very pleased that they upgraded backup power without asking for it as the 2.9 volt batteries didn't fed the chair during a feeding. interruption in September. They remembered our call and took proactive steps to keep us safe during the bad weather!

I went to Access Mobility on S. Emerson Ave to see the electric chairs for my wife. Angie found me and led me back to the chairs. She showed me what I was looking for; not too expensive, with firm seat. I got home, showed the information to my wife, she came to the store (she had to be taken in a wheelchair). Angie showed her and me the chairs available in our price range and hard seat. We chose one and got a call later in the day from Amanda saying it would be delivered on Tuesday. or wed. Well, she called back in about half an hour and said "we'll deliver today."! We bought a chair the same day. The gentleman who delivered the chair was very nice, polite and willing to take the old chair out of the house and put a new one in! Independently. He wasn't grumpy or irritable, but very pleasant to deal with, and had only been in the job for 3 weeks. Everyone involved was very helpful and polite. I went to Access Mobility because my spinal stenosis had become so severe that I couldn't walk more than 50 feet. Tony Rumble greeted me and was very kind and helpful. We soon decided which scooter and lift would suit my needs. He ordered a Golden Companion 440 scooter and a Joey lift. His installer, Johnny, has developed a method to install the GMC Savana Van. It was a perfect game. Now I can go to my grandson's sporting events. I recently purchased a Pride Go Go Sport 3 wheel for home use. It's a great machine. Speed ​​is variable from "turtle" upwards.
